Thirsk Furniture joins the Made in Britain campaign.
We've always been proud of our British heritage but we now have the opportunity to formalise it by joining the Made in Britain campaign.
The campaign's aim is to support and promote British manufacturing by enabling customers both at home and abroad to more easily identify British made products. The subject is quite a topical one with the need to 're-balance our economy' forming part of the recent general election debate.
As well as taking pride in buying British products, there are also pragmatic advantages. We can offer greater flexibility and after-sales support than our international competitors and there's obviously no currency fluctuations to be concerned about.
